All orders are usually shipped within 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Japanese holidays).
All of our products are shipped from Japan.
The time from shipment to arrival varies depending on the destination country, but generally takes about 2 to 4 days.
Overall, orders commonly arrive within approximately one week from the date of purchase.
Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on local conditions.

All prices exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

EU / UK
Prices exclude VAT and customs duties. Import VAT and duties will be assessed by local customs and collected by the carrier upon delivery (Delivery Duty Unpaid – DDU).
United States
Prices exclude U.S. customs duties. **According to a U.S. government announcement, duty-free "de minimis" treatment has been suspended for most shipments effective August 29, 2025 (12:01 a.m. EDT). For details, please see the official announcement. Any applicable duties will be payable by the customer on delivery (Delivery Duty Unpaid – DDU). State/local sales tax is not collected by us because we do not yet meet any state economic-nexus thresholds; you may be required to self-assess and remit use tax to your state.
Canada
Prices exclude GST/HST, provincial taxes and customs duties. GST/HST and any applicable provincial tax will be assessed by Canada Border Services Agency and collected by the carrier on delivery (Delivery Duty Unpaid – DDU).
PLEASE NOTE:
Orders from outside Japan may be subject to import duties and taxes when the shipment reaches your destination. Unfortunately, import duties and taxes are determined by the customs authority in the destination country, and we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient of the order.
These import duties and taxes are not included in our prices and will be collected by FedEx, EMS or customs agents upon delivery. (FedEx usually sends an invoice a few days/weeks after delivery.) If you have any questions regarding import duties and taxes in your country, please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Packages may be held at the local sorting facility until customs are paid. Customs fees may be applied after the package is received.
We are not responsible for refunds if:
- Packages are refused due to duties and taxes.
- Packages are not received by the recipient.
- Packages can not clear customs because of restrictions.
- Items that are missing because they are confiscated by Customs.
- Inaccurate or incomplete shipping address.
Please note that in all cases the customer is responsible for paying any duties, fees and taxes required by customs in your country. If the customer refuses to pay these taxes, the package will be returned to us. We will then refund you the amount of your order after deducting the delivery charges at the actual rate charged to us by the carrier, the cost of returning the package to us, and any re-importation duties in Japan. Please note that return charges are much more expensive than delivery charges.
