Introducing Our Ultra-Fine 100% Merino Wool Rib Series
We are delighted to announce the arrival of our new Merino Wool Rib Series, crafted from ultra-fine merino wool yarn. For this collection, we have developed an original, lightweight ribbed fabric using the exceptionally rare Super 180’s ultra-fine merino wool.

Exquisite materials for a versatile rib top that transitions through three seasons—perfect as a standalone piece or a base layer. This concept guided the development of our new series. We sought to create high-quality, minimalist designs that allow you to fully enjoy the comfort unique to the finest natural materials, offering versatility for both solo wear and layering.
We utilized the same Super 180's (14.5 micron) ultra-fine merino wool yarn found in our Jersey and Circular Rib series. By crafting this rare natural material—one of the finest in its class—into a lightweight rib knit, we achieved a fabric that is even airier, easier to layer, and ideal for transitioning between seasons.
This Super 180's (14.5 micron) ultra-fine merino wool features fibers as fine as, or even finer than, cashmere. Due to its limited production, it is highly rare and seldom seen in tops or innerwear collections. By knitting this delicate yarn into a lightweight ribbed fabric, we have created a piece that is airy and refined, with a soft elasticity that gently embraces the body. The smooth texture, possible only with such fine fibers, offers a stress-free touch—highly recommended even for those who typically find standard wool irritating to the skin.
Furthermore, the inherent high performance of merino wool—including heat retention, moisture-wicking, breathability, and natural antibacterial/anti-odor properties—ensures comfort even in environments with fluctuating temperatures. This fabric is an excellent choice for those concerned about perspiration caused by temperature shifts or for those who prefer to avoid bulky layers during colder months.
Based on the concept of multi-seasonal versatility, our new lineup features three types of tops and one pair of leggings. The tops are designed with a slightly compact silhouette and elongated sleeves, making them effortless to wear alone or as part of a layered look.

Understanding the Fabrics: How the Rib Series Differs Finally, we would like to introduce the differences between our new Rib Series and our other series that also use Super 180's (14.5 micron) ultra-fine merino wool yarn.
Merino Wool Jersey: Features a smooth, sleek texture. While it has a faint softness, the surface is polished and lightweight with a subtle luster. Due to its thin and smooth nature, it is highly versatile—ideal even as a "hidden" base layer under fuzzy knits or shirts.
Merino Wool Circular Rib: In comparison, this fabric is thicker with a soft, airy feel. It has a gentle, brushed-like texture and high horizontal stretch. Among the three series, this offers the most substantial feel.
New: Merino Wool Rib: Like the Circular Rib fabric, this new ribbed fabric offers high horizontal stretch and has a soft fullness compared to the Jersey fabric. However, while the Circular Rib is characterized by a "bouncy" thickness and a brushed feel, the new Rib Series has a more subdued texture for a sleeker, more solid impression. It layers without adding bulk, and when worn visibly, the characteristic ribbed texture adds subtle expression to your styling. It is a piece that functions beautifully as both a standalone top and a visible inner layer. Thanks to the high elasticity unique to ribbing, it gently follows the lines of the body for a soft, non-constricting fit.
Layer it during the current cold spell, and as it gradually warms up, wear it as a primary piece. We invite you to experience the exceptional functionality and comfort that only ultra-fine merino wool can provide. We would be delighted if you would welcome this versatile piece into your wardrobe—one that adapts to the changing seasons and stays with you for a long time.
